ANCHOR APRIL PRIZE DRAW FACEBOOK/TWITTER PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1.     This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, excluding the Promoter’s agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected to this Prize Draw.  Proof of name, age and address of persons entering the Prize Draw (each an “Entrant”) may be required to verify identity.

 

2.     By entering this Prize Draw, Entrants agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Lactofree website general terms of use http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/terms (iii) the Lactofree website privacy policy http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/privacy; (iv) the applicable terms and conditions of Facebook at www.facebook.com/#!/policies; and (v) the applicable terms and conditions of Twitter at https://twitter.com/tos.

 

3.     The Prize Draw opens at 09:00hrs (GMT) on Thursday 30th April 2015 (“Opening Time”) and all entries must be received by 17:00hrs (GMT) on Friday 1st May 2015 (“Closing Time”). In these Terms and Conditions, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to as the “Promotional Period”.

 

4.     To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants can either:

 

a.     Like the Anchor Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/anchordairy?fref=ts) during the Promotional Period in order to reveal the entry mechanic and then leave a comment during the Promotional Period under the following prize draw post:

Would you brave a dinosaur biscuit?! 

Tell us what you’ll be baking with the kids this Bank Holiday for a chance to win this rolling pin! 

OR

b.     Follow Anchor on Twitter (@Anchor_Dairy) and then retweet the promotional tweet during the Promotional Period:

5.     Each Entrant may enter the Prize Draw only once during the Promotional Period. Multiple Facebook or Twitter accounts may not be used by the same Entrant to enter the Prize Draw more than once in any Promotional Period.

 

6.     Following expiry of the Promotional Period, 1 (one) Facebook winner and 1 (one) Twitter winner (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”) will be selected at random from all correct, complete and eligible entries.

 

7.     Prize: 1 (one) Dinosaur Embossing Rolling Pin will be awarded to each Winner. There are 2 (two) Prizes available, and for the avoidance of doubt each Winner will win a maximum of 1 (one) Prize.

 

8.     The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for a cash alternative or any other prize. The Promoter  (as later defined) reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater monetary value if this is deemed necessary due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

 

9.     The Winners will be notified that they have won a Prize by email within 7 (seven) days after the Closing Time via Facebook or Twitter (depending on the Winner’s chosen method of entry). The Winners will then be asked to confirm the address to which they would like their Prize delivered and the name they would like applied to their rolling pin.  

10.   Entrants who have not won a Prize will not receive notification that they have not won.

 

11.   Entrants must ensure that the Facebook or Twitter account they have used to enter is active and valid, and that they are contactable on the same.

 

12.   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties.

 

13.   If a Winner chooses not to or is not able, for any reason, to accept a Prize, or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the Closing Time or does not provide their details within 7 days of notification that they have won, the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative Entrant who shall be selected at random (under the supervision of an independent observer) from all remaining correct, complete and eligible entries.

 

14.   The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all Entrants and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence with Entrants. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.  

15.   The Prize will be delivered to the Winners at the address that they have provided in accordance with clause 9 above within 30 days of them confirming this address.  

16.   The Prize details will be sent to each Winner at via the email address that they have provided within 7 days of their confirmation of their email address.

 

17.   The names and county of the Winner may be published online (including on the Lactofree website http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/and the Lactofree Facebook or Twitter page https://www.facebook.com/anchordairy?fref=ts or https://twitter.com/Anchor_Dairy and will be available on request from the Promoter by emailing anchordairy@outsideline.

 

18.   The Winner hereby agrees that the Promoter may use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any remuneration and acknowledge that they may be required to participate in unpaid promotional activity.

 

19.   If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw, choice of Winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any Entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

 

20.   If the Prize Draw is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant, or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Prize Draw.

 

21.   This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.  By entering, Entrants acknowledge that Facebook or Twitter bears no responsibility for this Prize Draw and Entrants fully and completely release Facebook or Twitter from any liability whatsoever arising out of the Prize Draw.

 

22.   The Promoter shall not be liable for any damage, loss, liability, or injury (save for personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s negligence) caused by matters relating to this Prize Draw.

 

23.   The personal details of Entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw, except where Entrants have also given their permission for the Promoter to also use such details to contact them by email for future marketing purposes. 24.   This Prize Draw, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Prize Draw.

ANCHOR “TESCO LITTLE STAR BAKER”

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     This competition (the “Competition”) is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 16 or over, excluding the Promoter’s agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion, (including Tesco employees, promotional agencies and their immediate families). Proof of name, age and address of persons entering the Competition (each an “Entrant”) may therefore be required.

2.     By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Anchor website general terms of use http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/terms-and-conditions and; (iii) the Anchor website privacy policy http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

3.     These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications relating to this Competition, including advertising or promotional materials. In entering this Competition, all Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties including but not limited to the Promoter’s agency in relation to this promotion.

4.     The Competition opens at 12.00 hrs (UK time) on Wednesday 8th April 2015 (“Opening Time”).  All entries must be received by 23.59 hrs (UK time) on Friday 8th May 2015  (“Closing Time”). In these Terms and Conditions, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to as the “Promotional Period”. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be entered into the Competition.

5.     Entry to this Competition is online at www.anchordairy.co.uk/tesco-star-baker. Entrants must do all of the following:

i)       Bake an item (the “Bake”) using Anchor butter with your “Little Star Baker”, who must be a child under the age of [11] (the ‘”Nominee”); and

ii)      Take a photograph of the Bake, including the Nominee in the picture; and

iii)     Upload the photograph to www.anchordairy.co.uk/tesco-star-baker during the Promotional Period, accompanied by a short description of the Bake (including how Anchor butter was used), contact email address, Nominee name, and the name of the Nominee’s school or club (the “Nominated School/Club”); and

iv)    Finally, Entrants must tick to accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy where indicated, then click “Submit” to submit their entry (the “Entry”) into the Competition.

6.     By submitting an Entry, Entrants are agreeing and confirming that:

i)       They are solely responsible for their Entry and the consequences of posting or publishing it; and

ii)      The Entrant is the Nominee’s parent or guardian and consents for the photograph of the Nominee to feature as part of the Competition on www.anchordairy.co.uk/tesco-star-baker, or the Entrant has permission from the Nominee’s parent or guardian for the photograph of the Nominee to feature as part of the Competition on www.anchordairy.co.uk/tesco-star-baker; and

iii)     The Entry is not false, a misrepresentation, obscene, offensive, discriminatory or libellous, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.     There is to be a maximum of 1 (one) Entry per household per day during the Promotional Period, and no third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either an Entrant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, such Entrant(s) will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. 

8.     Each Entry must feature the Bake and the Nominee.  Any incomplete, unclear or otherwise invalid Entry will not be counted and may be removed from the gallery at www.anchordairy.co.uk/tesco-star-baker (the “Gallery”). Any comments or photos that the Promoter considers (in its absolute discretion) to be vulgar, offensive, indecent, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights of others will be disqualified and removed from the Gallery.

9.     Members of the public (the “Voters”) will be invited to vote for their favourite Entry based on originality and creativity, in the Gallery from 12.00 hrs (UK time) 17th April 2015 until 23.59 hrs (UK time) on Friday 8th May 2015 ("Voting Period”). 

10.   Voting will be open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion, (including Tesco employees, promotional agencies and their immediate families).

11.   Voters may vote on as many Entries as they wish, but only 1 (one) vote per Entry will be counted.  Entrants are prohibited from, or seeking to, directly or indirectly obtaining illegitimate votes and must not purchase votes or reward Voters in any way. No trading or incentivisation of votes or vote faming of any kind is permitted. All votes will be disqualified in these instances, and the relevant Entrant will be disqualified immediately.  No additional marketing of entrants will be permitted only ‘normal word of mouth’ will be allowed e.g. No marketing/advertising via YouTube. 

12.   Voting will be strictly monitored by the Promoter and any attempts to manipulate or otherwise unfairly influence the results will result in disqualification of entry/votes or suspension of the Competition by the Promoter as set out below. All Entrants’ votes will be closely monitored to show spikes and movements in numbers and the Promoter will investigate any such spikes and reserves the right to disqualify votes/Entrants if abuse is suspected. Any automated votes will be disqualified. 

13.   The “Winners” will be the 3 (three) Entries in the Gallery that have the most votes as at the close of the Voting Period.  

14.   “Prizes”: Each of the Winners will receive £1000 donation for their Nominated School/Club plus a personalised family baking kit comprising: two personalised child aprons, two personalised adult aprons, one personalised bag containing 10" wooden spoon, mini whisk, wooden handled rubber spatula, miniature rolling pin and three assorted red/yellow plastic TALA cutters, personalised notebook and Dualit stand mixer.

15.   All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for a cash alternative or any other prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater monetary value if this is deemed necessary due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. 

16.   Within 7 (seven) days after the close of the Voting Period, the Winners will be contacted by email with details of how to claim their Prizes, and Winners will be asked to provided postal addresses for themselves and their Nominated School/Club.

17.   Entrants who have not won a Prize will not receive notification that they have not won.

18.   If any of the Winners choose not to or is not able, for any reason, to provide a postal address or any information required to redeem their Prize within 7 days of notification that they have won, the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative Entrant, determined by the next largest amount of votes in the Gallery as at 23.59 on 8th May 2015.

19.   The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all Entrants and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence with Entrants. Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

20.   Winners List: The Winners’ full name and county can be obtained by sending an SAE within 28 days after the closing date to Tesco Little Star Baker, Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park, LS10 1AB. 

21.   The relevant Prizes will be delivered to the Winners and the Nominated School/Club at the postal addresses they have provided, within 56 days of confirmation of such postal addresses.

22.   Entrants must ensure that the email address they have provided is active and valid, and that they are contactable on that same email address. Entrants should ensure that their email account spam filters are set to permit emails from @saatchi.co.uk and @outsideline.com. 

23.   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties.

25.   The Winners agree to their name, likeness, image, photograph and any quotes provided in the Entry being used by the Promoter or their agents for promotional purposes. The Winners’ names and Nominated School/Club may be shared with anyone who requests such details. Winners may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this Competition with no further recompense. Winners’ details will be passed on to a third party for Prize notification and dispatch purposes.  

26.   The Promoter shall not be liable for any damage, loss, liability, or injury (save for personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s negligence) caused by matters relating to this Competition.

ANCHOR “SAVE OUR CHEESE SANDWICH”

PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, excluding the Promoter’s agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected to this Prize Draw.  Proof of name, age and address of persons entering the Prize Draw (each an “Entrant”) may therefore be required.

2. By entering this Prize Draw, Entrants agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Anchor website general terms of use http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/terms-and-conditions and; (iii) the Anchor website privacy policy http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

3. To enter this Prize Draw, Entrants must sign up to the Anchor “Save Our Cheese Sandwich” campaign (the “Campaign”). Entrants can sign up to the Campaign in one of two ways, either:

a) Online at http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/save-our-sandwich, or:

b)  At the official Campaign bus tour, which will be touring various locations (see Appendix for full list) throughout Great Britain from 6th February 2015 to 6th May 2015. On the bus tour, tablet devices will be available for Entrants to use to sign up to the Campaign.

4. For both options 3a and 3b, Entrants must enter their name, email address and tick to accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy where indicated, then click “Submit” to enter the Prize Draw.

5. The Prize Draw opens at 10.00 hrs (UK time) on Friday 6th February 2015 (“Opening Time”).  All entries must be received by 23.59 hrs (UK time) on Wednesday 6th May 2015  (“Closing Time”). In these Terms and Conditions, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to as the “Promotional Period”. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

6. Each Entrant may enter the Prize Draw only once during the Promotional Period. Multiple email addresses may not be used by the same Entrant to enter the Prize Draw more than once in the Promotional Period.

7. Upon expiry of the Promotional Period, 10 winners (each a “Winner”) will be selected at random from all complete and eligible entries, in the following order:

a. Prize 1 – 1 Winner

b. Prize 2 – 4 Winners

c. Prize 3 – 5 Winners

i. Prize 1 – A two-night stay at a Bed & Breakfast in Sandwich, Kent (including £200 money). Winner can choose dates of stay for either a Friday and Saturday night or Saturday and Sunday night (subject to availability).

ii. Prize 2 – An Anchor “Save Our Cheese Sandwich” dinner plate, personalised with a name specified by the Winner (subject to availability and space restrictions).

iii. Prize 3 – A “year’s supply of Anchor Cheddar” (consisting of 26 vouchers, each redeemable to the value of £5, expiring 30/05/2016, see voucher for full redemption terms).

9. All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for a cash alternative or any other prize. The Promoter (as later defined) reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater monetary value if this is deemed necessary due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

10. Within 7 (seven) days after the Closing Date, the Winners will be contacted by email and asked to confirm the postal address to which they would like their Prize to be delivered, plus any other information necessary for the redemption of their Prize.

11.   Entrants who have not won a Prize will not receive notification that they have not won.

12.   If a Winner chooses not to or is not able, for any reason, to provide a postal address or any information required to redeem their Prize within 7 days of notification that they have won, the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative Entrant who shall be selected at random from all complete and eligible entries.

13.   The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all Entrants and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence with Entrants. 14.   The relevant Prizes will be delivered to the Winners at the postal address they have provided, within 56 days of their confirmation of their postal address.

16.   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, excluding the Promoter’s agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected to this Prize Draw.  Proof of name, age and address of persons entering the Prize Draw (each an “Entrant”) may be required to verify identity.

2. By entering this Prize Draw, Entrants agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Anchor website general terms of use http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/terms (iii) the Achor website privacy policy http://www.anchordairy.co.uk/privacy; (iv) the applicable terms and conditions of Facebook at www.facebook.com/#!/policies; and (v) the applicable terms and conditions of Twitter at https://twitter.com/tos.

3. The Prize Draw opens at 10:00hrs (GMT) on Friday 6th February 2015 (“Opening Time”) and all entries must be received by 10:00hrs (GMT) on Monday 9th February 2015  (“Closing Time”). In these Terms and Conditions, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to as the “Promotional Period”.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants can either:

a. Like the Anchor Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/anchordairy?fref=ts) during the Promotional Period in order to reveal the entry mechanic and then leave a comment during the Promotional Period under the following prize draw post:

“What will you bake for your Valentine? Tell us and you could win a limited edition Anchor cake slice!”

OR

b. Follow Anchor on Twitter (@Anchor_Dairy) and then retweet the promotional tweet during the Promotional Period:

“Win a cake slice & serve up something special for your Valentine this year! Follow & RT to #win (Closes:10am, 09/02)”

5. Each Entrant may enter the Prize Draw only once during the Promotional Period. Multiple Facebook or Twitter accounts may not be used by the same Entrant to enter the Prize Draw more than once in any Promotional Period.

6. Following expiry of the Promotional Period, 5 (five) Facebook winners and 5 (five) Twitter winners (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”) will be selected at random from all correct, complete and eligible entries.

7. Prize: 1 (one) “Limited Edition ANCHOR cake slice” will be awarded to each Winner. There are 10 (ten) Prizes available, and for the avoidance of doubt each Winner will win a maximum of 1 (one) Prize.

8. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for a cash alternative or any other prize. The Promoter  (as later defined) reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater monetary value if this is deemed necessary due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

9. The Winners will be notified that they have won a Prize by email within 7 (seven) days after the Closing Time via Facebook or Twitter (depending on the Winner’s chosen method of entry). The Winners will then be asked to confirm the address to which they would like their Prize delivered.

11.   Entrants must ensure that the Facebook or Twitter account they have used to enter is active and valid, and that they are contactable on the same.

12.   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties.

13.   If a Winner chooses not to or is not able, for any reason, to accept a Prize, or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the Closing Time or does not provide their details within 7 days of notification that they have won, the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative Entrant who shall be selected at random (under the supervision of an independent observer) from all remaining correct, complete and eligible entries.

14.   The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all Entrants and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence with Entrants. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

15.   The Prize will be delivered to the Winners at the address that they have provided in accordance with clause 9 above within 30 days of them confirming this address. 

16.   The Prize details will be sent to each Winner at via the email address that they have provided within 7 days of their confirmation of their email address.
