The site is operated on behalf of Arla Foods Limited ("we"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 2143253 and have our registered office at Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park, Leeds LS10 1AB. Our group VAT number is 705 3217 68.
Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Acceptable use of our site
You must use our site only for legal purposes.

You must not disrupt, overwhelm, attack, modify or interfere with our site or any associated hardware or software.
Intellectual property rights
You acknowledge that the content of our site is the subject of intellectual property rights in respect of which we are the owner, licensee or permitted user. We grant you no rights in relation to such content save as expressly set out in these terms of use or otherwise in writing.
Anchor® and associated trade marks are owned by the Danish Dairy Board and used by us with permission.
You may view online and print off one copy of any pages from our site for your personal reference only. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
You must not modify any content of our site other than in relation to submitting materials (via the Tastes Like Home submission tool on the website and Facebook) or uploading (via the Facebook comment feature on the website) in accordance with these terms of use.
You must notify us promptly upon becoming aware that any of the content of our site does or is likely or alleged to infringe any intellectual property rights or right of privacy.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies to which we may be entitled you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

However, we are under no obligation to monitor or moderate any interactive part of our site and will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our site.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
