Perfect pitta pockets
Fill a pitta with your favourite filling. So simple – and so tasty!
Ingredients
- 2 mini buttered whole-wheat pitta pockets
- 25g shredded ham or beef
- 2 chopped gem lettuce leaves
- 3 thick slices of cucumber cut into sticks
Method
- Butter the pitta pockets with ANCHOR Lighter Spreadable.
- Stuff the pockets with all the prepared ingredients – and enjoy!
